This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. Assumptions: This Quotation Estimate assumes normal tidal and weather conditions in Japan Osaka. Operations will be suspended during typhoon warnings (Level 3 or above) issued by the Japan Meteorological Agency, with a maximum of ten (10) weather-delay days included in the project timeline.

Exclusions: This estimate does not include costs for deep-sea operations beyond the 200-meter isobath, any remediation or cleanup activities, or legal representation in the event of regulatory disputes. Additional sampling beyond the 240-sample baseline will be billed at the unit rate specified in Item 05.
