The Oceanographer platform, when deployed in Kazakhstan Almaty, will provide the following critical capabilities:

Upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, the Oceanographer deployment in Kazakhstan Almaty will follow the following schedule:

All payments shall be made via international wire transfer to the account details provided in the accompanying commercial invoice. Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month.
This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. Acceptance of this Quotation Estimate constitutes a binding agreement between HydroTech Solutions International Ltd. and the Almaty Water Resources Division, Kazakhstan, for the procurement and deployment of the Oceanographer system as described herein. Any modifications to scope, pricing, or timeline must be agreed upon in writing by both parties prior to implementation.
- All Oceanographer software is licensed exclusively for use within the Republic of Kazakhstan, with the primary operations centre located in Almaty. Redistribution or sublicensing is prohibited without written consent.
- HydroTech Solutions International Ltd. shall not be liable for data loss or system downtime resulting from force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, political instability, or changes in Kazakhstan national regulations.
- The five-year maintenance contract for the Oceanographer platform includes unlimited remote technical support, two (2) annual on-site visits to Almaty by certified Oceanographer engineers, and all software updates and security patches released during the contract period.
- Intellectual property related to the Oceanographer platform remains the sole property of HydroTech Solutions International Ltd. Custom configurations developed specifically for Kazakhstan Almaty shall be jointly owned.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce, with the seat of arbitration in Almaty, Kazakhstan.
