This Quotation Estimate is submitted by Marine & Oceanographic Solutions Ltd. in response to the request for professional Oceanographer services to be deployed and executed within the coastal and marine jurisdiction of Kuwait Kuwait City. The scope encompasses a full-spectrum oceanographic survey programme covering bathymetric mapping, water quality assessment, sediment core sampling, current and tidal analysis, and marine biodiversity documentation along the approximately 499-kilometre coastline of the State of Kuwait, with primary operational focus on the Kuwait Kuwait City harbour basin and the adjacent Gulf waters.

Our team of certified Oceanographer specialists, marine geologists, and environmental scientists will conduct all fieldwork in strict compliance with Kuwaiti federal regulations, the Kuwait Environment Protection Authority (KEPA) guidelines, and international oceanographic standards set forth by the International Hydrographic Organization (IHO). This Quotation Estimate reflects all costs associated with personnel, equipment, vessel charter, laboratory analysis, data processing, and final reporting deliverables.

  • This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of sixty (60) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and availability of Oceanographer personnel and vessel resources are subject to re-evaluation.
  • Payment terms: 40% advance mobilization payment upon contract signature, 40% upon completion of all fieldwork in the Kuwait Kuwait City coastal zone, and 20% upon delivery and acceptance of the final technical report.
  • All Oceanographer field operations shall be conducted in accordance with the Kuwaiti Labour Law, marine safety regulations, and environmental protection statutes applicable within the State of Kuwait.
  • The client shall provide safe access to designated survey stations within Kuwait Kuwait City harbour and adjacent waters, as well as necessary port clearances and security escorts where required.
  • Any change in scope, additional survey stations, or extended monitoring periods beyond the originally agreed duration shall be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate issued by our office in Kuwait Kuwait City.
  • All data, reports, and intellectual property generated under this engagement shall become the sole property of the client upon full payment. Our Oceanographer team retains the right to reference the project in professional portfolios with prior written consent.
  • Force majeure events, including but not limited to extreme weather conditions in the Persian Gulf, government-mandated work stoppages, or port closures in Kuwait Kuwait City, shall extend the project timeline on a day-for-day basis without penalty to either party.
  • Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting contract shall be resolved through arbitration in Kuwait Kuwait City in accordance with the Kuwaiti Arbitration Law.

Upon successful completion of all Oceanographer field and laboratory activities, the following deliverables shall be submitted to the client at their designated office in Kuwait Kuwait City: (a) a high-resolution digital bathymetric chart of the surveyed area; (b) a comprehensive water quality and environmental baseline report; (c) sediment characterization and geochemical analysis results; (d) tidal and current regime documentation; (e) marine biodiversity inventory; (f) a consolidated executive summary in both English and Arabic; and (g) all raw and processed datasets in industry-standard formats (GeoTIFF, CSV, NetCDF, and Shapefile).

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein for the provision of Oceanographer services in Kuwait Kuwait City. This document, once countersigned by both parties, shall constitute a binding commercial agreement.
