  1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, pricing may be subject to revision based on equipment availability, exchange rate fluctuations, or changes in applicable Mexican regulatory fees.
  2. All services will be performed in strict compliance with the Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data, the General Law of Ecological Equilibrium and Protection (LGEEPA), and the specific environmental regulations of Mexico, Mexico City.
  3. The Oceanographer and support personnel shall carry professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of MXN $5,000,000 for the duration of the engagement.
  4. Any changes to the scope of work, additional field sites, or extended timelines must be documented in a written change order signed by both parties before execution. Adjustments to this Quotation Estimate will be issued as a supplemental document.
  5. Payment terms are net fifteen (15) days from the date of invoice issuance. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate established by the Banco de México for overdue obligations.
  6. All intellectual property, data, and reports generated under this engagement shall become the exclusive property of the client upon full payment. The Oceanographer retains the right to reference the project in professional portfolios with prior written consent from the client.
  7. This project is governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting contract shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Mexico, Mexico City, in accordance with the rules of the Mexican Arbitration Center (CAM).
  8. The client agrees to provide safe access to all field sites, necessary permits for water sampling in the Mexico City metropolitan area, and timely access to existing hydrological datasets.

By signing below, both parties acknowledge that this Quotation Estimate accurately reflects the agreed-upon scope, cost, and terms for the Oceanographer services to be rendered in Mexico, Mexico City. This document, once countersigned, constitutes a binding commercial proposal.
