Payment for this Quotation Estimate shall be made in three (3) installments as follows:

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all rates are subject to revision based on current market conditions in Morocco Casablanca.
- The Oceanographer and support team shall comply with all applicable Moroccan environmental regulations, port authority requirements, and safety protocols enforced by the Direction des Pêches Maritimes in Casablanca.
- All data, reports, and intellectual property generated under this engagement shall become the exclusive property of the client upon full payment.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions affecting the Atlantic coastline near Morocco Casablanca, may result in schedule adjustments without penalty to either party.
- Any change in scope exceeding 10% of the original budget must be approved in writing by both parties and will be subject to a revised Quotation Estimate.
- Disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in Casablanca, Morocco, in accordance with the Moroccan Code of Arbitration.
- The Oceanographer shall provide weekly progress reports and a final deliverable package including raw datasets, processed analyses, and a 50-page narrative report in both French and English.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and authorizes the engagement of the Oceanographer team for the marine research project in Morocco Casablanca under the terms and conditions outlined herein.
