This Quotation Estimate is formally submitted to provide a comprehensive cost breakdown for the deployment, operation, and maintenance of a fully equipped Oceanographer research platform in the coastal waters adjacent to Peru Lima. The scope encompasses a twelve-month operational period during which our specialized Oceanographer vessel and associated instrumentation will conduct continuous hydrographic surveys, water quality monitoring, biological sampling, and bathymetric mapping along the Lima coastline. This Quotation Estimate reflects all labor, equipment, consumables, logistics, and professional services required to deliver a complete oceanographic program tailored to the specific environmental and regulatory conditions of Peru Lima.

The Oceanographer program for Peru Lima includes the following core deliverables:

  • Hydrographic Survey: Full multibeam echosounder bathymetric mapping of the 0–200 nautical mile zone off the coast of Peru Lima, conducted by the Oceanographer vessel at a minimum of four survey passes per quarter.

Payment for this Quotation Estimate shall be structured as follows: 30% advance payment upon contract execution; 40% in two equal semi-annual installments (months 6 and 12); and 30% upon delivery and acceptance of the final Oceanographer report and all associated datasets. All payments shall be made in Peruvian Soles (PEN) at the BCRP reference rate on the date of invoicing, or in USD via international wire transfer to the account designated by Marine Sciences & Oceanographic Solutions S.A.C.

  • This Quotation Estimate is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all prices are subject to revision based on fuel surcharges, exchange rate fluctuations, and Peruvian regulatory fee adjustments.
  • All Oceanographer operations in Peru Lima shall comply with the Peruvian Maritime Authority (Marina de Guerra del Perú), the National Institute of Natural Resources (INRENA), and the Environmental Ministry (MINAM) regulations.
  • The Oceanographer vessel and all personnel shall maintain valid Peruvian work permits, health certifications, and maritime safety credentials throughout the duration of the program.
  • Force majeure events, including but not limited to El Niño-related extreme weather, seismic activity, or government-mandated port closures in Peru Lima, shall extend the operational timeline without additional cost to the client.
  • All data collected by the Oceanographer platform shall be the exclusive property of the Peruvian Ministry of Environment. Our firm retains no rights to publish or distribute raw datasets without written authorization.
  • Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting contract shall be resolved through arbitration in Lima, Peru, in accordance with the rules of the Lima Chamber of Commerce.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for Oceanographer services in Peru Lima and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein. This document does not constitute a binding contract until a formal service agreement is executed by both parties.
