3.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to currency fluctuation, component availability, or changes in international shipping rates to Russia.
3.2 Payment Terms: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; 50% upon shipment confirmation; 10% upon successful commissioning and sign-off by the designated Oceanographer in Moscow, Russia.
