- Validity: This Quotation Estimate remains valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all prices associated with the Oceanographer services and operational costs in Senegal Dakar are subject to revision based on prevailing exchange rates and market conditions.
- Payment Schedule: Payment shall be structured as follows: 30% advance upon contract signature, 40% upon completion of the six-month interim report, and 30% upon final delivery of the comprehensive Oceanographer assessment report for Senegal Dakar.
- Taxes and Duties: All amounts are exclusive of applicable Senegalese Value Added Tax (TVA) at 18% and any import duties on specialized Oceanographer instrumentation entering the port of Dakar. The client shall be responsible for all local tax obligations.
