This Quotation Estimate is issued by Oceanographer Pte. Ltd. in response to the Request for Quotation (RFQ) No. MRI-2025-112 issued by the Maritime Research Institute of Singapore. The scope encompasses the provision of comprehensive oceanographic survey services, including multibeam bathymetric mapping, water column profiling, sediment sampling, and real-time environmental monitoring across designated marine zones within and adjacent to Singapore Singapore. - This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond this period is subject to reconfirmation by Oceanographer Pte. Ltd.
- Payment terms: 30% advance upon contract execution, 40% upon completion of fieldwork, and 30% upon delivery and acceptance of the final technical report. All payments shall be made in Singapore Dollars (SGD) via bank transfer to the Oceanographer account in Singapore Singapore.
- All oceanographic data, raw and processed, shall become the exclusive property of the client upon full payment. Oceanographer retains the right to anonymized aggregate data for internal quality assurance purposes only.
- Weather-related delays exceeding 48 consecutive hours in Singapore Singapore waters shall be treated as force majeure, with a pro-rata extension of the project timeline at no additional cost to either party.
- Oceanographer Pte. Ltd. shall maintain comprehensive marine liability insurance, professional indemnity insurance, and crew workers' compensation coverage throughout the duration of the project in Singapore Singapore.
- Any variation or change order to the scope of work must be agreed in writing by both parties prior to execution. Oceanographer reserves the right to issue a supplementary Quotation Estimate for any such variation.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in Singapore Singapore under the rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC).
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Purchase Order or Service Agreement is executed by both parties.
