This Quotation Estimate is issued by Oceanographer Marine & Hydrographic Solutions Ltd. in response to the formal request for pricing submitted by the Ministry of Water Resources & Irrigation for the comprehensive hydrographic and oceanographic survey programme to be executed in and around Sudan Khartoum. The Oceanographer project package encompasses the full deployment of advanced bathymetric sonar systems, current profiling instruments, water quality sampling arrays, and real-time telemetry networks across the Blue Nile, White Nile, and the main Nile channels within the Khartoum metropolitan area and its immediate upstream and downstream reaches.

- Validity: This Quotation Estimate remains valid for sixty (60) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, all prices are subject to revision due to currency fluctuation, equipment availability, and logistical changes affecting operations in Sudan Khartoum.
- Payment Schedule: 30% advance payment upon contract signature; 40% upon completion of equipment installation and commissioning in Sudan Khartoum; 30% upon final acceptance of all Oceanographer deliverables and the closing training workshop.
- Taxes and Duties: All prices are exclusive of Sudanese import duties, customs clearance fees, and any local levies imposed by the Khartoum Port Authority or the National Revenue Authority. The client shall bear all import-related costs for Oceanographer equipment entering Sudan.
- Warranty: All Oceanographer hardware carries a minimum 24-month manufacturer warranty from the date of installation in Sudan Khartoum. Software licences are valid for ten (10) years with included updates.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by floods, political instability, sanctions, or other events beyond reasonable control that may affect the Sudan Khartoum operational area.
- Intellectual Property: All data, models, and reports generated under this Oceanographer project in Sudan Khartoum shall become the exclusive property of the Ministry of Water Resources & Irrigation upon full payment.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting contract shall be resolved through arbitration in Khartoum, Sudan, in accordance with the Sudanese Arbitration Act.
- Insurance: Oceanographer Marine & Hydrographic Solutions Ltd. shall maintain comprehensive marine, liability, and personnel insurance covering all operations within the Sudan Khartoum jurisdiction throughout the project duration.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms outlined herein for the Oceanographer hydrographic and oceanographic survey programme to be executed in Sudan Khartoum. This document does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Purchase Order or Service Agreement is executed by both parties.
