- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all pricing is subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in the United Arab Emirates.
- All Oceanographer personnel assigned to this project shall hold valid UAE work permits, professional marine science certifications, and comply with the occupational health and safety standards mandated by the Abu Dhabi Occupational Safety and Health Centre (ADOSH).
- Payment terms: 30% advance mobilization upon contract signing, 40% upon completion of the field survey phase, and 30% upon delivery and acceptance of the final Oceanographer report and data package in Abu Dhabi.
- All marine operations shall be conducted in strict compliance with the UAE Federal Law No. 11 of 1999 concerning the Protection of the Environment, as well as the Abu Dhabi Environment Agency (ADEA) operational permits.
- The Oceanographer team shall submit weekly progress reports to the client's designated project manager at the Abu Dhabi Department of Energy office. A formal milestone review meeting shall be held bi-weekly at the client's premises.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to extreme weather conditions in the Persian Gulf, government-mandated operational suspensions, or port authority restrictions in Abu Dhabi, shall extend the project timeline proportionally without additional cost to either party.
- All data, reports, and intellectual property generated under this Quotation Estimate shall become the exclusive property of the client upon full payment. Our firm retains the right to anonymized aggregate data for academic publication, subject to prior written approval from the client.
- Disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, in accordance with the rules of the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) Arbitration Centre.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal service agreement is executed by both parties. All terms herein are subject to the final contractual documentation.
