3.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate remains valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond this period is subject to re-evaluation of pricing by Oceanographer Marine Research & Survey Services LLC.
3.2 Payment Terms: A mobilization advance of 30% shall be due upon contract execution. The remaining 70% shall be payable in two equal installments: 50% upon completion of fieldwork and 50% upon delivery and acceptance of the final oceanographic report. All payments shall be made in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) via bank transfer to the designated account in Dubai.
3.3 Project Duration: The estimated total project duration is twelve (12) weeks from the date of contract commencement, subject to favorable weather conditions and regulatory approvals from Dubai Municipality and the UAE Maritime Authority.
3.4 Regulatory Compliance: All oceanographic fieldwork shall be conducted in full compliance with UAE federal and Dubai emirate-level environmental regulations. Permits for marine vessel operation, water sampling, and seabed disturbance shall be obtained by Oceanographer Marine Research & Survey Services LLC at no additional cost to the client.
3.5 Intellectual Property: All raw data, processed datasets, maps, and the final oceanographic report shall become the exclusive property of the client upon full payment. Oceanographer Marine Research & Survey Services LLC retains the right to reference the project in general marketing materials without disclosing confidential data.
3.6 Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or non-performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather events in the Persian Gulf, government-mandated restrictions, or acts of war.
3.7 Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, with jurisdiction vested in the courts of Dubai, UAE.
