The Oceanographer and field team will mobilize within 10 business days of contract execution. The full assessment is projected to be completed within 14 weeks from the start date, with the final technical report and presentation to the Atlantic Coastal Development Authority delivered no later than Week 16. All fieldwork will be conducted in compliance with the operating hours and environmental protection zones designated for United States Miami coastal waters.

  1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, all rates and availability must be reconfirmed in writing.
  2. Payment terms: 30% upon contract signing, 40% upon completion of fieldwork, and 30% upon delivery and acceptance of the final technical report. All payments are due in United States Dollars (USD) via wire transfer to the account designated on the invoice.
  3. The Oceanographer and all supporting personnel shall maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of $2,000,000 per occurrence, valid throughout the project duration in the United States Miami area.
  4. All data, reports, and intellectual property generated under this engagement shall become the sole property of the Atlantic Coastal Development Authority upon final payment.
  5. Any change in scope exceeding 10% of the original Quotation Estimate value requires a written change order signed by both parties before additional work commences.
  6. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Statement of Work (SOW) is executed by authorized representatives of both parties.
  7. Governing law: The State of Florida, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Miami-Dade County, United States Miami.
