- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond this period requires written reconfirmation of pricing by the Oceanographer service provider.
- All prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD) and are inclusive of applicable Venezuelan value-added tax (IVA) at the current rate in force in Venezuela Caracas. Should tax regulations change during the project period, the difference shall be adjusted proportionally.
- Payment shall be structured as follows: 30% advance upon contract signature, 40% upon completion of the marine field survey phase, and 30% upon delivery and acceptance of the Final Technical Report.
- The Oceanographer and supporting team shall comply with all Venezuelan environmental regulations, maritime safety codes, and local labor laws applicable in Venezuela Caracas and coastal operational zones.
- Intellectual property rights to all raw data, processed datasets, and final reports shall vest exclusively with the client upon full payment. The Oceanographer retains the right to publish anonymized scientific findings in peer-reviewed journals with prior written consent from the client.
