- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, pricing for Ophthalmologist services may be subject to revision due to fluctuations in pharmaceutical costs and exchange rates in DR Congo Kinshasa.
- All Ophthalmologist procedures will be conducted in compliance with the standards set by the Ophthalmological Society of Central Africa (OSCA) and the Ministry of Health of the Democratic Republic of Congo.
- Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of 75% of the service delivery, and 20% upon final handover and submission of the comprehensive ophthalmic report.
- The Ophthalmologist and supporting clinical team will be available Monday through Saturday, 07:00 to 17:00, at the designated facility in Kinshasa, DR Congo. Emergency surgical interventions may be scheduled outside these hours at no additional cost.
- All patient data collected during the Ophthalmologist screening program will be handled in strict accordance with the data protection regulations of DR Congo Kinshasa and international medical ethics standards.
- Any additional Ophthalmologist services not explicitly listed in this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a separate written amendment and mutual agreement prior to execution.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally signed and stamped by both parties. The final service agreement will be drafted upon acceptance.
