4.1 — This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issuance. After this period, all prices listed herein are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Egypt Alexandria and any changes in regulatory requirements.
4.2 — Payment terms: 50% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, and the remaining 50% due within seven (7) business days following the completion of all surgical and post-operative procedures. Payment may be made via bank transfer to the Alexandria Ophthalmic Care Center account or by certified cheque.
4.3 — All Ophthalmologist procedures will be performed by board-certified specialists registered with the Egyptian Medical Syndicate and the Alexandria Health Directorate. The lead Ophthalmologist for this engagement is Dr. Mahmoud El-Sayed, who holds over 18 years of clinical experience in comprehensive ophthalmology and microsurgery.
4.4 — The client acknowledges that this Quotation Estimate covers only the services explicitly listed in Section 2. Any additional diagnostic tests, emergency interventions, or extended hospitalization not foreseen at the time of this estimate will be communicated in writing and require separate written approval before proceeding.
4.5 — All medical records, imaging data, and post-operative documentation generated during the course of treatment will be maintained at the Alexandria facility for a minimum of ten (10) years in compliance with Egyptian medical record-keeping legislation.
4.6 — In the event of any dispute arising from the interpretation or execution of this Quotation Estimate, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. Should resolution not be achievable, the matter shall be referred to the competent courts in Alexandria, Egypt.
