All services listed in this Quotation Estimate are delivered by a board-certified Ophthalmologist and a dedicated surgical team operating within our fully equipped facility in Victoria Island, Nigeria Lagos. We adhere to the standards set by the Nigerian Medical and Dental Council (NMDAC) and the College of Ophthalmology of Nigeria.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to revision upon expiry due to fluctuations in pharmaceutical costs and exchange rates in Nigeria Lagos.
- A minimum deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total amount, i.e., ₦699,375, is required to confirm your surgical booking with our Ophthalmologist and secure a theatre slot.
- The balance of fifty percent (50%) shall be settled on the day of surgery or prior to discharge, whichever is earlier.
- All ophthalmological procedures will be performed by Dr. Funke Adeyemi, a senior Ophthalmologist with over fifteen years of clinical experience in cataract and refractive surgery.
- This estimate does not include costs for any unforeseen complications, additional diagnostic imaging, or extended hospital stay beyond the standard two-night observation period.
- Payment may be made via bank transfer to Lagos Vision & Eye Care Centre (Access Bank, Account No: 0123456789) or by debit/credit card at our front desk in Nigeria Lagos.
- A formal tax invoice will be issued upon full payment in accordance with FIRS regulations.
- Our Ophthalmologist will conduct a final pre-operative review 48 hours before surgery to confirm fitness for the procedure. In the unlikely event that surgery is deferred, the deposit will be fully refunded within five (5) working days.
- Post-operative follow-up appointments are included within the first three months. Any additional consultations beyond this period will be billed at the standard Ophthalmologist consultation rate of ₦45,000 per visit.
