- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to changes in medical supply costs, staffing, or regulatory requirements within the United Kingdom.
- All ophthalmological procedures will be performed or directly supervised by a GMC-registered Ophthalmologist at our Birmingham, United Kingdom facility. The lead surgeon for your cataract procedures will be Dr. Eleanor M. Hartley, Consultant Ophthalmologist with over 18 years of experience.
- A deposit of 25% (£2,225.40) is required to secure your surgical dates. The remaining balance is payable within 14 days of the final post-operative visit. Payment may be made by bank transfer, debit/credit card, or via our approved medical finance partners.
- Should you wish to cancel after the deposit has been paid, the deposit will be retained to cover the Ophthalmologist's reserved time and preparation costs. Cancellation prior to deposit is free of charge.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a contract. A formal treatment consent form will be provided by the Ophthalmologist prior to any surgical intervention, in line with GMC guidance on patient consent.
- All clinical records, imaging, and surgical reports will be stored in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. You retain the right to access your records at any time by contacting our Birmingham office.
- Our clinic is located at 142 New Street, Birmingham, B2 2HA, United Kingdom, with convenient access from Birmingham New Street Station and the city centre. Free patient parking is available in the adjacent multi-storey car park.
- Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the services described herein shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Birmingham, United Kingdom.
