3. Terms and Conditions of This Quotation Estimate

The following terms govern this Quotation Estimate for Optometrist services in Ethiopia Addis Ababa:

Validity: This Quotation Estimate remains valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to currency fluctuations or changes in supply costs within Ethiopia.
Payment Terms: A 50% advance payment is required to schedule the Optometrist appointment. The remaining 50% is due upon completion of services. Payment may be made in Ethiopian Birr (ETB) or US Dollars (USD) at the prevailing National Bank of Ethiopia exchange rate.
Scheduling: Appointments with our Optometrist in Addis Ababa must be booked a minimum of 48 hours in advance. Corporate screening programs require a minimum of two (2) weeks' prior notice.
Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled Optometrist session will incur a 25% fee of the booked service value.
Warranty: All spectacle lenses prescribed by our Optometrist carry a 90-day replacement warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty is valid only within Ethiopia Addis Ababa.
Confidentiality: All patient records and examination data handled by our Optometrist team are protected under Ethiopian data privacy regulations and the facility's internal confidentiality policy.
Regulatory Compliance: All Optometrist services are conducted in full compliance with the Ethiopian Health Professions Council and the Ministry of Health directives for Addis Ababa.
