1. Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, pricing may be subject to revision based on supplier costs for lenses, frames, and optical materials available in the Morocco Casablanca market.
2. Payment Terms: A deposit of 50% (2,610.00 MAD) is required at the time of acceptance to reserve your appointment with our Optometrist. The remaining balance of 50% (2,610.00 MAD) is due upon collection of your finished eyewear. Payment may be made in cash, by bank transfer to our Casablanca account, or by credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, CMI).
3. Delivery Timeline: Standard spectacle lenses are ready for collection within five (5) to seven (7) business days from the date of the Optometrist examination. High-index or progressive lenses may require up to ten (10) business days. Our clinic in Morocco Casablanca will notify you by phone or SMS when your order is ready.
4. Warranty: All lenses dispensed by our Optometrist carry a twelve-month manufacturing defect warranty. Frames carry a six-month structural warranty. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental breakage, or unauthorized modifications.
5. Cancellation & Refunds: If the client cancels after the deposit has been paid, the deposit is non-refundable as it covers the Optometrist's consultation time and reserved materials. If we are unable to fulfill the order, a full refund including the deposit will be issued within five business days.
6. Insurance & Reimbursement: This Quotation Estimate can be submitted to your mutual health insurance (mutuelle) or employer's optical benefit program. Our Optometrist will provide all necessary documentation, including the official prescription certificate, to facilitate your reimbursement claim in Morocco.
7. Confidentiality: All patient records, examination results, and prescription data handled by our Optometrist team are protected under Moroccan Law 09-08 on the Protection of Personal Data. Your information will not be shared with third parties without your explicit written consent.
8. Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting service agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts of Casablanca.
