- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to revision upon expiry due to fluctuating costs of imported lens materials and frame inventory in Pakistan Karachi.
- All Optometrist services listed above will be performed at our Clifton, Karachi facility. Travel or home-visit charges are not included in this estimate.
- Payment is due in full within seven (7) days of acceptance of this quotation. We accept bank transfer (HBL, MCB, UBL), JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and major credit/debit cards.
- A 50% advance payment is required to reserve the Optometrist appointment slot and initiate lens ordering. The remaining balance is due at the time of lens collection.
- Lens manufacturing and frame assembly typically takes 5 to 7 working days in Pakistan Karachi. Complex prescriptions (high astigmatism, progressive lenses) may require up to 14 working days.
- All corrective lenses carry a 90-day manufacturing defect warranty. The Optometrist follow-up consultation is complimentary if the prescription is adjusted within the first 14 days.
- This Quotation Estimate does not include surgical procedures, emergency ophthalmology, or hospitalization. For such services, a separate medical estimate will be issued by our ophthalmology partner at Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre, Karachi.
- Prices are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of all professional Optometrist consultation fees. No hidden charges will be applied beyond what is stated in this document.
