Terms and Conditions of This Quotation Estimate
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, prices may be subject to revision due to fluctuations in material costs or changes in the Turkish Lira exchange rate.
- All optometric services listed above will be performed by a licensed Optometrist registered with the Turkish Ministry of Health and the Ankara Provincial Health Directorate. The attending Optometrist will be identified in your medical file.
- Payment is due within fourteen (14) days of acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer (IBAN), credit/debit card, and cash at our clinic located in the Çankaya district of Turkey Ankara.
- A 50% deposit is required to secure your appointment slot and to initiate the lens ordering process. The remaining balance is payable upon collection of your finished eyewear.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have signed and dated the document. The client's signature indicates full acceptance of all terms, conditions, and the total cost outlined herein.
- Any additional procedures not listed in this estimate (e.g., emergency retinal imaging, additional lens coatings, or frame repairs) will be quoted separately by the attending Optometrist prior to commencement.
- All patient data and examination records are handled in strict compliance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK – Law No. 6698) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) as applicable in Turkey.
- Warranty: Lenses carry a 12-month manufacturer warranty against defects in material and workmanship. Frames carry a 24-month warranty. Warranty claims must be presented to the same Optometrist who performed the initial fitting in our Turkey Ankara facility.
- This Quotation Estimate is prepared exclusively for the named client and may not be transferred or assigned to a third party without written consent from Ankara Vision Care Center.
