• Late payments beyond 14 days of the due date will incur a 2% monthly service charge as permitted under Turkish commercial law.

• All Optometrist services described in this Quotation Estimate are subject to the availability of the specific Optometrist professional and equipment on the scheduled date.
• Prescription lenses are custom-fabricated; once the Optometrist has confirmed the final prescription and the client has approved the frame selection, a 15% non-refundable fabrication fee applies.
• This Quotation Estimate does not include emergency ophthalmic care, surgical procedures, or medications, which fall outside the scope of Optometrist practice in Turkey Istanbul.
• Client data and medical records are handled in strict accordance with Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK – Law No. 6698) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) as applicable.
