3. The Optometrist professional assigned to this engagement holds a valid licence issued by the Department of Health – Abu Dhabi and is a registered member of the Emirates Optometric Association.
4. Payment terms: 50% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; the remaining 50% due upon completion of all services and delivery of final corrective lenses.
5. Payment may be made via bank transfer to the account of Al Noor Vision Care Centre, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, or by corporate cheque drawn on any UAE bank.
6. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing for Optometrist services and optical products may be subject to revision due to market fluctuations, supplier adjustments, or changes in United Arab Emirates regulatory requirements.
7. All corrective lenses and optical frames are covered under a 12-month manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, as per the consumer protection regulations of the United Arab Emirates.
8. The Optometrist will provide a detailed written report of all diagnostic findings, which will be shared with the client and, with written consent, forwarded to the client's primary ophthalmologist or general practitioner in Abu Dhabi.
9. Any additional services beyond the scope of this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a separate written estimate approved by both parties prior to execution.
10. This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts of Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
11. Confidentiality: All patient data and optometric records collected during the provision of Optometrist services in Abu Dhabi shall be handled in strict compliance with the UAE Data Protection Law and the privacy policies of the Department of Health – Abu Dhabi.
