- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Should the client wish to proceed after the expiry date, the Optometrist practice reserves the right to reissue the quotation at prevailing rates applicable in United Kingdom London.
- All prices are quoted in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) at the current United Kingdom standard rate of 20%, unless otherwise stated. NHS-eligible patients may be entitled to a voucher or direct NHS funding for the examination component; the client is advised to confirm eligibility with their GP prior to booking.
- The Optometrist services described in this quotation are to be performed by a fully GOC-registered practitioner at our London premises. No services will be delegated to unregistered personnel.
- Payment is due in full at the point of dispensing of corrective lenses. We accept all major credit and debit cards, bank transfer, and direct debit. A 50% deposit is required to secure the frame and lens order, with the balance payable upon collection.
- Should the Optometrist examination reveal a condition requiring referral to an ophthalmologist or hospital eye service in London, the client will be advised in writing. Referral fees, if applicable, are not included in this quotation estimate.
- All corrective lenses supplied carry a twelve-month manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Frame adjustments and minor repairs are complimentary for six months from the date of dispensing.
- This quotation estimate does not constitute a binding contract until accepted in writing by both parties. Acceptance may be communicated by email, post, or in person at our London office.
- Our practice operates in full compliance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and UK GDPR. All patient records, examination results, and correspondence related to this quotation will be stored securely in accordance with United Kingdom data protection legislation.
- Any disputes arising from this quotation estimate or the services rendered shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London, United Kingdom.
