Terms and Conditions of This Quotation Estimate
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, prices may be subject to revision in line with our Optometrist practice's updated fee schedule.
- All services described in this Quotation Estimate will be performed by a GOC-registered Optometrist at our Manchester, United Kingdom premises, or at an agreed alternative location within the Greater Manchester area.
- Payment is due in full within fourteen (14) days of acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. We accept payment by bank transfer, debit card, credit card, and direct debit. A 1.5% surcharge applies to credit card transactions in accordance with UK financial regulations.
- Should any additional diagnostic procedures be identified during the course of the Optometrist examination that are not included in this Quotation Estimate, a supplementary quotation will be provided for your written approval before any further treatment or service is undertaken.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a contract until formally accepted in writing by the client. Acceptance may be provided by signing the copy of this document or by written email confirmation to our Manchester practice.
- All spectacle frames and lenses supplied under this Quotation Estimate carry a twelve-month manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, in addition to our own Optometrist aftercare guarantee covering frame adjustments and minor repairs.
- Client data processed under this Quotation Estimate is handled in strict accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. Your optometric records will be stored securely at our Manchester, United Kingdom practice for a minimum of eight years as required by GOC regulations.
- Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The practice is a member of the Manchester and Salford Chamber of Commerce and is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Manchester, United Kingdom.
- This Quotation Estimate is the property of Manchester Vision & Eye Care Centre and may not be reproduced or distributed without prior written consent.
