Terms & Conditions of This Quotation Estimate
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Prices are quoted in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and are subject to revision upon expiry due to material cost fluctuations in the Abuja market.
- All orthodontic procedures will be performed or directly supervised by a registered Orthodontist at our Nigeria Abuja clinic in compliance with the National Medical Council (NMC) guidelines and the Nigerian Orthodontic Society (NOS) ethical standards.
- The patient is required to attend all scheduled monthly adjustment appointments. Missed appointments beyond two (2) consecutive visits may result in a rescheduling fee of NGN 15,000 per occurrence.
- Any additional procedures not foreseen in this Quotation Estimate (e.g., root canal treatment, periodontal intervention, or surgical orthodontics) will be quoted separately in writing before commencement.
- Payment may be made via bank transfer to our designated account, POS, or cash at the clinic reception in Wuse II, Abuja. A receipt will be issued for every transaction.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a guarantee of a specific aesthetic outcome. The Orthodontist will use best clinical judgement throughout the treatment duration.
- Confidentiality of all patient records, radiographs, and treatment photographs is maintained in accordance with the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR) 2019.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved amicably or, failing that, through the appropriate legal channels in the Federal Capital Territory, Nigeria Abuja.
