The following Quotation Estimate covers a complete orthodontic treatment plan as recommended by our senior Orthodontist following a full clinical examination, panoramic radiography, intraoral scanning, and digital treatment simulation conducted at our clinic in Russia Moscow. The treatment plan includes initial diagnostics, active orthodontic correction, retention, and all necessary follow-up appointments over an estimated 24-month treatment period.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing may be subject to revision based on material costs and exchange rate fluctuations applicable in Russia Moscow.
• A non-refundable deposit of 30% (163,620.00 RUB) is required to secure the treatment slot and commence the initial diagnostics phase with our Orthodontist team.
• The remaining balance may be paid in equal monthly instalments over the 22-month active treatment period, or in full at the time of braces placement. A 5% discount applies to full prepayment of the active treatment phase.
• All payments are to be made in Russian Rubles (RUB) via bank transfer to the account of Moscow Capital Orthodontic Centre, or by card at the clinic reception in Russia Moscow.
• Any additional procedures not included in this Quotation Estimate (e.g., extraction of impacted teeth, periodontal treatment, or extended retention beyond 24 months) will be quoted separately in writing prior to commencement.
• Should the treatment duration exceed the estimated 24 months due to patient non-compliance (missed appointments, failure to wear elastics as directed), additional monthly adjustment fees of 6,500 RUB per session will apply.
• This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract. A formal treatment agreement will be executed upon acceptance of this estimate and payment of the initial deposit.
