This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of sixty (60) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, prices may be revised to reflect changes in material costs, exchange rates, or the Orthodontist's fee schedule. The total amount stated in this Quotation Estimate is an estimate based on the current clinical assessment. Should the Orthodontist determine during treatment that additional procedures are necessary to achieve the planned outcome, a supplementary Quotation Estimate will be issued and must be approved in writing by the patient before any additional work commences.
Payment for the initial consultation and diagnostic workup (Line Item 1) is due at the time of the first appointment. The remaining balance may be settled in full prior to the start of active Orthodontist treatment, or through a structured payment plan of three equal installments (at the start, mid-point, and conclusion of treatment). International wire transfers to our Turkey Istanbul bank account are accepted in USD, EUR, or GBP. A 10% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your treatment slot with the Orthodontist.
All orthodontic procedures described in this Quotation Estimate will be performed by a board-certified Orthodontist or under the direct supervision of the lead Orthodontist at our clinic in Bebek, Istanbul, Turkey. We utilize only CE-marked and FDA-approved orthodontic materials sourced from internationally recognized manufacturers.
