- Validity: This Quotation Estimate for Paramedic services in Argentina Buenos Aires is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. After this period, a new Quotation Estimate must be requested due to potential changes in Paramedic labor costs and regulatory requirements in the City of Buenos Aires.
- Payment Terms: Payment shall be made monthly in advance via bank transfer to the account of MediRescue Argentina S.A. A 2% discount applies for payment received five (5) business days before the due date. Late payments will incur interest at the rate established by the Central Bank of Argentina.
- Contract Duration: The Paramedic services described in this Quotation Estimate are proposed for an initial term of twelve (12) months, renewable by mutual written agreement. A minimum of sixty (60) days' written notice is required for non-renewal or termination.
- Regulatory Compliance: All Paramedic personnel and vehicles operating under this Quotation Estimate shall comply with the regulations of the Buenos Aires City Ministry of Health, the National Emergency Services Directorate, and the Argentine Labor Code (Ley 20.744). MediRescue Argentina S.A. guarantees full compliance with all applicable Argentina Buenos Aires municipal and national health regulations.
- Service Level Agreement: Paramedic response time within the City of Buenos Aires shall not exceed eight (8) minutes from dispatch to arrival at the scene for standard calls, and five (5) minutes for critical cardiac or traumatic events. On-site Paramedic coverage at the hospital emergency department shall be maintained 24 hours per day, 365 days per year, with zero unstaffed shifts.
- Confidentiality: All patient data handled by Paramedic personnel under this Quotation Estimate shall be protected in accordance with Argentine Law 25.326 on Personal Data Protection and the Buenos Aires City Health Information System protocols.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations under this Quotation Estimate due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or government-mandated service suspensions in Argentina Buenos Aires.
- Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic, with exclusive jurisdiction of the commercial courts of the City of Buenos Aires, Argentina.
