All Paramedic personnel are certified by the Bangladesh Medical Association (BMA) and hold valid Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) credentials. The service area encompasses all 14 districts of Dhaka Division, with primary response zones in Dhanmondi, Gulshan, Banani, Mirpur, Uttara, and Motijheel.

• Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be revised to reflect changes in fuel costs, medical supply inflation, or regulatory updates within Bangladesh Dhaka.
• Payment Terms: 50% advance payment upon contract signing; remaining 50% due on the 5th of each subsequent month. Payments to be made in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bank transfer to the account specified in the contract annexure.
• Service Level Agreement (SLA): Our Paramedic units shall respond to any emergency call within the Dhaka metropolitan zone within a maximum of 12 minutes from dispatch. Failure to meet this SLA for three consecutive incidents in a month shall entitle the client to a 5% service credit.
• Paramedic Qualifications: All Paramedic personnel assigned under this Quotation Estimate shall hold a minimum of a Diploma in Paramedic Science from a BMA-recognized institution in Bangladesh, with a minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience in Dhaka or equivalent urban settings.
• Insurance & Liability: Our organization shall maintain comprehensive professional indemnity insurance covering all Paramedic staff and vehicles operating in Bangladesh Dhaka, with a minimum coverage of BDT 50,000,000 per incident.
• Termination: Either party may terminate the service agreement with sixty (60) days written notice. In the event of termination, all Paramedic equipment and vehicles shall be returned in operational condition.
• Regulatory Compliance: All services rendered under this Quotation Estimate shall comply with the Bangladesh Medical Council regulations, the Fire Service & Civil Defense Act, and all applicable local bylaws of the Dhaka North City Corporation (DNCC) and Dhaka South City Corporation (DSCC).
• Confidentiality: All patient data, incident reports, and operational records generated during the provision of Paramedic services shall be treated as strictly confidential in accordance with Bangladesh data protection guidelines.
