• Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing may be revised to reflect changes in Belgian Paramedic labour costs, fuel surcharges, or regulatory fee adjustments applicable in Belgium Brussels.
• Payment Terms: Invoices are issued monthly in arrears. Payment is due within thirty (30) days of invoice date via bank transfer to our account at BNP Paribas Fortis, Brussels (IBAN: BE71 5230 0001 2345 6789). Late payments incur interest at the rate prescribed by the Belgian Code of Economic Law.
• Service Level Agreement: Our Paramedic units guarantee a maximum response time of eight (8) minutes for emergency calls within central Belgium Brussels and fifteen (15) minutes for the outer municipalities. Failure to meet this SLA on more than 5% of calls in any given month entitles the client to a 5% credit on that month's invoice.
• Paramedic Qualifications: All Paramedic staff assigned to this contract must hold a minimum of three (3) years of post-qualification experience in pre-hospital emergency care within Belgium. Senior Paramedic supervisors will conduct weekly quality audits.
• Insurance & Liability: MediBrussels Emergency Services S.A. maintains professional liability insurance of EUR 5,000,000 per claim, compliant with Belgian Paramedic professional indemnity requirements. The client is responsible for any third-party claims arising from their own premises or activities.
• Confidentiality: All patient data handled by our Paramedic team is processed in strict accordance with the Belgian Data Protection Act (Law of 30 July 2018) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). No patient information will be disclosed outside the scope of this engagement.
• Termination: Either party may terminate this agreement with sixty (60) days' written notice. In the event of termination, all Paramedic services will be wound down in an orderly manner to ensure continuity of patient care in Belgium Brussels.
• Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by the laws of Belgium. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Brussels, Belgium Brussels.
