Scope of Paramedic ServicesThis Quotation Estimate is issued by MedResponder Rio de Janeiro Ltda. to provide comprehensive Paramedic services for the client's hospitality facility located in the Barra da Tijuca district of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. - This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
- All paramedic personnel assigned to this contract will hold valid professional registration with COREN-RJ and will undergo a pre-assignment medical fitness examination in accordance with Brazilian labor law (CLT).
- The service provider shall maintain full civil liability insurance (Seguro de Responsabilidade Civil) with a minimum coverage of R$ 2,000,000.00, valid throughout the contract term.
- Payment terms: 50% advance payment upon contract signing and 50% upon completion of the 30-day service period. Payment to be made via bank transfer (TED/PIX) to the account specified in the formal contract.
- Any additional paramedic call-outs beyond the standard 24/7 on-site coverage (e.g., event-based medical support at the hotel's outdoor pool or beachfront area) will be billed at R$ 1,200.00 per hour per paramedic, subject to prior written authorization.
- The paramedic team will operate in full compliance with the LGPD (Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados) regarding the handling of any patient health information collected during the service period.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to severe weather conditions common to Rio de Janeiro (flash floods, landslides), may temporarily suspend on-site paramedic deployment. The provider will notify the client within two (2) hours of any such event.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract. A formal service agreement must be executed by both parties prior to the commencement of any paramedic services.
- All disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent contract shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Rio de Janeiro, State of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
