This Quotation Estimate is issued by Shanghai Emergency Medical Response Co., Ltd. to provide comprehensive, round-the-clock Paramedic services across the metropolitan area of China Shanghai. The Paramedic deployment outlined herein is designed to meet the operational requirements of the Shanghai Pudong New Area Municipal Health Commission for a twelve (12) month contract period commencing 1 September 2025 and concluding 31 August 2026.
The Paramedic team shall consist of certified paramedics holding valid National Health Commission of the People's Republic of China (NHC) Paramedic Practice Licenses, supplemented by advanced life support (ALS) and critical care transport qualifications. All Paramedic personnel assigned to this contract in China Shanghai shall be fluent in Mandarin Chinese and possess working proficiency in English to accommodate the international resident population of the Shanghai metropolitan region.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Upon expiry, all pricing for the Paramedic services in China Shanghai shall be subject to re-evaluation based on prevailing labour market rates and operational costs.
- Payment terms: 30% advance payment upon contract execution; remaining 70% payable in equal monthly instalments within fifteen (15) business days of each month's service delivery invoice.
- All Paramedic personnel shall comply with the "Regulations on the Administration of Emergency Medical Services" (State Council Order No. 723) and the Shanghai Municipal Emergency Medical Service Management Measures.
- The client reserves the right to request a minimum of 72 hours' written notice for any modification to the Paramedic deployment schedule or service scope within China Shanghai.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to severe typhoons, public health emergencies, or government-mandated lockdowns affecting Shanghai, China, shall be addressed through mutual written agreement and shall not constitute a breach of contract.
- All patient data and operational records generated by the Paramedic team shall be stored in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China (PIPL) and the Data Security Law of the PRC.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting contract shall be resolved through arbitration at the Shanghai International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (SHIAC) in accordance with its then-current rules.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal service agreement is executed by both parties in writing.
