This Quotation Estimate covers a twelve-month service period commencing on 1 August 2025 and concluding on 31 July 2026, unless otherwise extended by mutual written agreement between both parties.
The Paramedic services described herein are designed to meet the operational demands of the DR Congo Kinshasa healthcare environment, which presents unique logistical, infrastructural, and epidemiological challenges. The Paramedic team will be stationed at a designated base facility in the Gombe district and will provide coverage across all sixteen communes of Kinshasa, including Lemba, Ngaliema, Matete, Kintambo, Masina, and N'djili.

The Paramedic team shall maintain a 24/7/365 operational readiness at all times. The target response time from dispatch to on-scene arrival within the central communes of Kinshasa (Gombe, Lemba, Ngaliema, Kintambo) shall not exceed fifteen (15) minutes. For the outer communes (Masina, N'djili, Matete, Kasa-Vubu), the target response time shall not exceed twenty-five (25) minutes, accounting for the road infrastructure conditions typical of DR Congo Kinshasa. Each Paramedic shift shall consist of a minimum of two personnel per ambulance to ensure safe patient handling and continuous clinical monitoring during transport to the nearest appropriate medical facility.
The Paramedic team will be equipped to manage a full spectrum of emergencies including cardiac arrest, respiratory failure, traumatic injuries, obstetric emergencies, pediatric crises, and infectious disease exposure events. Given the specific public health landscape of DR Congo Kinshasa, the Paramedic personnel will receive specialized training in the safe management and transport of patients presenting with suspected viral hemorrhagic fevers, including Ebola, Marburg, and Lassa fever, in strict accordance with World Health Organization (WHO) and the DRC Ministry of Health protocols.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all prices and availability must be reconfirmed in writing.
- Payment terms: 30% advance payment upon contract signing, with the remaining 70% payable in equal monthly installments within ten (10) business days of each month's service delivery.
- All costs are quoted in United States Dollars (USD). Any applicable taxes, import duties, or levies imposed by the government of the DR Congo Kinshasa jurisdiction shall be borne by the Client unless otherwise stated.
- The Paramedic personnel are employees of MediKin Emergency Response Services and are not agents or representatives of the Client. The Client assumes no liability for the actions of the Paramedic team beyond the scope of the agreed service contract.
- MediKin reserves the right to substitute Paramedic personnel of equivalent or superior qualification without prior notice, provided the Client is informed within 48 hours.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to civil unrest, epidemic declarations, government-imposed curfews, or infrastructure failures in DR Congo Kinshasa, may temporarily suspend service obligations without penalty to either party.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract. A formal Service Agreement must be executed by both parties prior to the commencement of any Paramedic operations.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent contract shall be resolved through arbitration in Kinshasa, DR Congo, in accordance with the rules of the OHADA arbitration framework.
By signing below, the Client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms outlined herein for the provision of Paramedic services in DR Congo Kinshasa. This signature authorizes MediKin Emergency Response Services to proceed with the mobilization of the Paramedic team, vehicles, and equipment as described in this document.
