- Deployment of a fully certified Paramedic team (minimum two (2) licensed Paramedics per shift) available on-site for a 24/7 operational coverage period of twelve (12) consecutive months.
- Provision of a fully equipped ambulance unit (Type B, ALS-capable) stationed at the Alexandria Port Authority main gate, equipped with defibrillators, oxygen delivery systems, IV pumps, spinal immobilization boards, and advanced airway management kits.
- Conduct of quarterly on-site medical assessments and health screening programs for all port workers, dock personnel, and administrative staff within the Egypt Alexandria facility perimeter.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issuance. Any acceptance beyond the validity period requires re-confirmation of pricing by AEMS.
- All Paramedic personnel deployed under this contract shall hold valid licenses issued by the Egyptian Ministry of Health and the Alexandria Governorate Health Directorate, with current CPR and ACLS certifications.
- Payment terms: 30% advance upon contract signing, 40% upon successful deployment and commissioning of the ambulance unit at the Alexandria Port site, and 30% upon completion of the twelve-month service period, subject to satisfactory performance review.
- AEMS shall provide monthly operational reports detailing all Paramedic interventions, response times, patient outcomes, and equipment maintenance logs to the Alexandria Port Authority management.
- In the event of force majeure (including but not limited to natural disasters, civil unrest, or government-mandated shutdowns in Egypt Alexandria), either party may suspend obligations without penalty, with a written notice of no fewer than forty-eight (48) hours.
- All medical records and patient data generated during the service period shall be handled in strict compliance with Egyptian Law No. 176 of 2018 on Personal Data Protection and the Egyptian Medical Ethics Code.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal service agreement is executed by both parties in writing.
- Any disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through arbitration in Alexandria, Egypt, in accordance with the Egyptian Arbitration Law No. 27 of 1994.
