4.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all pricing and availability terms must be reconfirmed in writing by MediLyon Emergency Services SARL.
4.2 Payment Terms: Payment shall be made within thirty (30) days of invoice issuance via bank transfer to the account designated by the service provider. A 1.5% monthly late-payment penalty shall apply in accordance with French commercial law (Code de commerce, Article L441-10).
4.3 Cancellation and Modification: The client may cancel or modify the scope of paramedic services with a minimum of fourteen (14) days' written notice. Cancellations within fourteen days of a scheduled service will incur a 50% fee of the reserved paramedic hours.
4.4 Service Standards: All paramedic personnel deployed in France Lyon shall comply with the protocols established by the SAMU 69 (Service d'Aide Médicale Urgente) and the regional health authority. Response time targets for emergency calls within the Lyon urban core shall not exceed twelve (12) minutes from dispatch to on-scene arrival.
