This Quotation Estimate has been prepared by MediResponse Europe GmbH to provide a comprehensive and transparent cost breakdown for the provision of a certified Paramedic service to be deployed at the client's corporate premises and associated facilities within Germany Frankfurt. The Paramedic will be available on a full-time, on-site basis to deliver advanced pre-hospital emergency care, routine health monitoring, and first-response medical intervention for all personnel present at the designated locations in the Frankfurt metropolitan area.

The Paramedic engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall perform the following duties in Germany Frankfurt:

Advanced life support (ALS) and basic life support (BLS) interventions in accordance with the German Notfallmedizin guidelines and the European Resuscitation Council (ERC) protocols.
On-site medical surveillance, including blood pressure monitoring, ECG assessments, and medication administration for chronic conditions.
Coordination with the local Notruf 112 emergency dispatch centre and the DRK (German Red Cross) stations in Frankfurt when escalation to hospital transport is required.
Preparation and maintenance of a fully equipped Paramedic response unit, including an AED, oxygen supply, IV kits, airway management equipment, and trauma supplies.
Conduct of quarterly workplace health risk assessments and annual first-aid refresher training for up to 200 employees at the Frankfurt site.
Maintenance of detailed medical incident reports in compliance with the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and GDPR regulations.

Note: This Quotation Estimate is based on current 2025 market rates for Paramedic services in Germany Frankfurt. Should the client require additional Paramedic personnel, extended coverage hours, or services beyond the Frankfurt city limits (e.g., Darmstadt, Offenbach, or Wiesbaden), a supplementary Quotation Estimate will be issued at no additional cost.

Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After 14 July 2025, all rates are subject to revision based on prevailing labour market conditions in Germany Frankfurt.
Payment Terms: Invoices shall be issued monthly in arrears. Payment is due within 14 days of invoice date via SEPA bank transfer to the account of MediResponse Europe GmbH, IBAN DE89 5001 0517 0400 0123 45, BIC PBNKDEFF. Late payments shall incur interest at the statutory rate under § 288 BGB.
Contract Duration: The Paramedic service agreement shall run for a minimum period of 12 months, commencing on the date of mutual signature. Either party may terminate with 60 days' written notice after the initial term.
Qualifications: The assigned Paramedic shall hold a valid German Notfallsanitäter (Emergency Paramedic) certification, a current BLS/ALS provider card, and a valid driver's licence (Class B minimum). All credentials will be verified prior to deployment in Germany Frankfurt.
Insurance & Liability: MediResponse Europe GmbH maintains professional indemnity insurance of €5,000,000 and employer's liability insurance in full compliance with German statutory requirements. The Paramedic shall be covered under the company's occupational health and safety policy.
Confidentiality: All patient and employee medical data collected during the Paramedic service in Germany Frankfurt shall be processed in strict accordance with the GDPR (EU 2016/679) and the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG). A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) shall be executed prior to service commencement.
Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Frankfurt am Main.
Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or government-mandated restrictions affecting operations in Germany Frankfurt.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and authorises MediResponse Europe GmbH to proceed with the deployment of the Paramedic service in Germany Frankfurt under the terms and conditions outlined herein.
