Every Paramedic assigned under this Quotation Estimate holds a minimum of a Diploma in Paramedic Science from an accredited Ghanaian institution (including the Ghana Health Service Training Institute or the University of Health and Allied Sciences, Ho). All Paramedic personnel are registered with the Paramedics Council of Ghana and carry valid professional indemnity insurance. In the Ghana Accra operational zone, our Paramedic teams are strategically stationed at four base locations—Ridge, Tema, Kasoa, and Nsawam—to ensure an average response time of no more than eight minutes to any point within the Ghana Accra metropolitan area.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing for Paramedic services in Ghana Accra may be subject to revision based on fuel costs, medical supply inflation, and regulatory changes.
- Payment for all Paramedic services shall be made within fourteen (14) days of invoice issuance. A late payment penalty of 2% per month will apply to outstanding balances.
- The client agrees to a minimum monthly commitment of twenty (20) Paramedic call-outs. Should the actual number of call-outs fall below this threshold, a minimum fee equivalent to the committed volume will be invoiced.
- All Paramedic operations conducted under this Quotation Estimate are governed by the Ghana Health Service regulations, the Road Traffic Act (Act 727), and the applicable emergency medical response protocols in force in Ghana Accra.
- Accra Emergency Medical Services Ltd. shall not be held liable for adverse patient outcomes resulting from pre-existing conditions, delayed reporting by the client, or circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Paramedic team.
