Purpose of This Quotation EstimateThis Quotation Estimate is formally issued by MediCare Jakarta Paramedic Services PT to provide a comprehensive and transparent breakdown of costs for professional Paramedic services to be deployed and operated within the metropolitan area of Indonesia Jakarta. This document serves as a binding financial proposal for the requested medical emergency response, on-site event coverage, and corporate wellness paramedic support. All pricing herein reflects current market rates for certified paramedic professionals operating under the regulatory framework of the Indonesian Ministry of Health and the Jakarta Provincial Health Office (Dinas Kesehatan DKI Jakarta).
2. Scope of Paramedic Services in Indonesia JakartaThe Paramedic services outlined in this Quotation Estimate encompass the following operational areas within Indonesia Jakarta:

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing for Paramedic services in Indonesia Jakarta may be subject to revision based on fuel costs, regulatory changes, or market adjustments.
- Payment terms: 50% advance payment upon contract signing, with the remaining 50% payable within fourteen (14) business days following the completion of each quarterly service period.
- All Paramedic personnel deployed under this agreement hold valid certifications from the Indonesian Paramedic Association (Himpunan Paramedis Indonesia) and are registered with the Jakarta Provincial Health Office.
- Service coverage is limited to the administrative boundaries of Indonesia Jakarta (DKI Jakarta). Requests for service in surrounding provinces (Banten, West Java, etc.) will be addressed via a supplementary addendum to this Quotation Estimate.
- MediCare Jakarta Paramedic Services PT reserves the right to substitute paramedic personnel of equivalent or higher qualification without prior notice, provided the client is informed within 24 hours.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated lockdowns, or public health emergencies affecting Indonesia Jakarta, may temporarily alter service delivery parameters. Both parties agree to negotiate in good faith under such circumstances.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a final contract. A formal Service Level Agreement (SLA) and Master Service Agreement (MSA) will be executed upon mutual acceptance of this estimate.
- All medical data and patient information handled by our paramedic teams in Indonesia Jakarta shall be protected in accordance with Indonesian Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection (UU PDP).
By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined in this Quotation Estimate for Paramedic services to be rendered in Indonesia Jakarta.
