The Paramedic services outlined in this Quotation Estimate encompass the full spectrum of emergency medical response across all seven sub-counties of Kenya Nairobi, including Westlands, Kilimani, Kileleshwa, Lavington, Karen, Rongai, and the Central Business District. Our Paramedic teams are fully equipped to handle cardiac emergencies, traumatic injuries, obstetric crises, paediatric emergencies, and mass casualty incidents. All Paramedic personnel hold valid certifications from the Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Council (KMPDC) and the Kenya Ambulance Services Authority.

- Validity: This Quotation Estimate shall remain valid for a period of sixty (60) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing for Paramedic services in Kenya Nairobi may be subject to revision based on fuel costs, medical supply inflation, and regulatory changes.
- Payment Terms: Payment shall be made on a monthly basis within fourteen (14) days of invoice issuance. A 10% advance deposit is required to activate the Paramedic deployment contract in Kenya Nairobi.
- Response Time Guarantee: All Paramedic units shall respond to emergency calls within the Kenya Nairobi metropolitan area within a maximum of eight (8) minutes for Zone A and twelve (12) minutes for Zones B and C.
- Regulatory Compliance: All Paramedic personnel and vehicles shall comply with the Kenya Ambulance Services Act, the National Health Insurance Fund (NHIF) guidelines, and all applicable regulations set by the Ministry of Health, Republic of Kenya.
- Termination: Either party may terminate this Quotation Estimate agreement with thirty (30) days written notice. In the event of early termination, a pro-rata refund of unused Paramedic service fees shall be processed within twenty-one (21) days.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in Kenya Nairobi in accordance with the Arbitration Act, Cap 49, Laws of Kenya.
- Confidentiality: All patient data handled by Paramedic teams in Kenya Nairobi shall be protected under the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019, and the National Health Insurance Fund confidentiality protocols.
