1. Scope of Paramedic ServicesThis Quotation Estimate is issued by Al-Nour Medical Services W.L.L. to provide comprehensive Paramedic services for the client's corporate facilities located in Kuwait Kuwait City. The scope encompasses on-site emergency medical response, advanced life support (ALS) coverage, routine health screening support, and 24/7 standby Paramedic personnel as detailed in the line items below. All Paramedic staff deployed under this arrangement shall hold valid Kuwaiti Ministry of Health (MOH) licenses, current BLS/ACLS certifications, and a minimum of five (5) years of field experience in pre-hospital emergency care within the Kuwait Kuwait City metropolitan area.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Prices are quoted in Kuwaiti Dinars (KWD) and are inclusive of all applicable local taxes unless otherwise stated.
- All Paramedic personnel assigned to this contract shall be subject to the client's site safety regulations and Kuwaiti labor laws. Al-Nour Medical Services W.L.L. shall bear full responsibility for the employment, insurance, and welfare of its Paramedic staff.
- Payment terms: 50% advance upon contract signing, with the remaining 50% payable in equal monthly installments within fifteen (15) days of each invoice date. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month.
- The Paramedic services described herein are limited to the premises and immediate vicinity (within 2 km) of the client's facility in Kuwait Kuwait City. Transport to external hospitals beyond this radius shall be billed separately at KWD 180.000 per incident.
- Either party may terminate this agreement with sixty (60) days' written notice. In the event of early termination by the client, a pro-rata charge for unused Paramedic service months shall apply.
- All medical records and incident reports generated by our Paramedic team shall be maintained in strict confidentiality in accordance with Kuwaiti data protection regulations and shall be retained for a minimum of seven (7) years.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed the formal service agreement. The terms herein are subject to final legal review by both parties' counsel in Kuwait Kuwait City.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to government-mandated closures, pandemics, or civil unrest affecting Kuwait Kuwait City, shall suspend service obligations without penalty to either party.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the scope, pricing, and terms outlined for the provision of Paramedic services in Kuwait Kuwait City.
