Under this Quotation Estimate, Amsterdam Emergency Medical Services B.V. commits to maintaining a minimum roster of six (6) full-time Paramedic professionals and four (4) part-time Paramedic personnel stationed across three operational bases in Netherlands Amsterdam: the Central Station district, the Zuidas business quarter, and the Oost (East) residential area. Each Paramedic will operate in pairs to ensure continuous coverage and to comply with the Dutch two-person minimum standard for emergency medical response.
All Paramedic staff will undergo a mandatory annual medical fitness assessment, background check (VOG), and refresher training in advanced life support. The Paramedic team will be equipped with modern ambulances fitted with GPS tracking, onboard defibrillators, ventilators, and a full complement of emergency pharmaceuticals as prescribed by the Dutch Paramedic Practice Guidelines (Praktijkrichtlijn Paramedicus).
4.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all prices and availability terms are subject to revision.
4.2 Payment Terms: Invoices issued under this Quotation Estimate are payable within thirty (30) days of the invoice date by bank transfer to the account of Amsterdam Emergency Medical Services B.V. Late payments will incur a statutory interest rate of 8% per annum as per Dutch civil law (Burgerlijk Wetboek, Book 6).
4.3 Cancellation: The client may cancel this Quotation Estimate engagement with a written notice of ninety (90) days. Cancellation within the first three months of the contract period will result in a penalty fee of 15% of the remaining contract value.
4.4 Liability and Insurance: Amsterdam Emergency Medical Services B.V. maintains professional liability insurance of no less than € 5,000,000 per occurrence. The Paramedic services are provided in accordance with the applicable Dutch healthcare legislation and the client's internal safety protocols.
4.5 Force Majeure: Neither party shall be held liable for failure to perform obligations under this Quotation Estimate due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated lockdowns, or civil unrest in Netherlands Amsterdam.
4.6 Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

Final pricing may be adjusted based on actual Paramedic deployment hours, additional medical supply consumption, or changes in the scope of services requested by the client.
