- Validity: This Quotation Estimate shall remain valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Pakistan Islamabad.
- Payment Terms: 30% advance payment upon contract signing, 40% upon successful deployment of all Paramedic personnel and ambulances, and 30% upon completion of the 12-month service period. Payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of MediCare Paramedic Services (Pvt.) Ltd.
- Service Level Agreement (SLA): The Paramedic response time shall not exceed 8 minutes for any emergency call within the core urban area of Pakistan Islamabad and 15 minutes for peripheral and cantonment zones. Failure to meet SLA targets for three consecutive months shall entitle the client to a 5% service credit.
- Personnel Qualifications: All Paramedic staff deployed under this Quotation Estimate must hold valid certification from the Pakistan Nursing Council (PNC) or the Islamabad Emergency Medical Services Board. Each Paramedic shall carry a minimum of 3 years of documented field experience.
- Insurance & Liability: MediCare Paramedic Services (Pvt.) Ltd. shall maintain comprehensive third-party liability insurance of not less than PKR 50,000,000 per incident. All Paramedic personnel shall be covered under employer's liability insurance as mandated by the Pakistan Labour Welfare Fund.
- Confidentiality: All patient data, incident reports, and operational records generated during the service period in Pakistan Islamabad shall be treated as strictly confidential and shall comply with the Pakistan Personal Data Protection Bill guidelines.
- Termination: Either party may terminate the contract with a written notice of sixty (60) days. In the event of termination, all Paramedic personnel and equipment shall be redeployed or returned within the notice period.
- Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, with jurisdiction vested in the courts of Pakistan Islamabad.
