4.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing for the Paramedic services in Russia Saint Petersburg may be subject to revision based on market conditions, regulatory changes, or resource availability.
4.2 All Paramedic personnel deployed under this agreement will be employees of St. Petersburg Emergency Medical Services Group and will not be considered employees or agents of the client. The Paramedic team will operate under the direct supervision of the Group's Chief Medical Officer.
4.3 Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, with the remaining 60% payable in equal monthly installments over the twelve-month service period. All payments shall be made in Russian Rubles (RUB) via bank transfer to the account specified in the final service contract.
4.4 The client agrees to provide the Paramedic team with adequate on-site facilities, including a dedicated medical room, access to utilities, and secure parking for the mobile Paramedic response unit at each designated location in Russia Saint Petersburg.
4.5 Cancellation policy: Should the client wish to terminate the Paramedic service agreement prior to the completion of the twelve-month term, a written notice of no fewer than sixty (60) days must be provided. In such an event, a cancellation fee equivalent to two months of the Paramedic service fee will be applied.
4.6 All medical records and patient data collected by the Paramedic team in Russia Saint Petersburg shall be handled in strict accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" and the applicable medical confidentiality provisions of Russian law.
4.7 This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract. A formal service agreement must be executed by both parties prior to the commencement of any Paramedic operations.
Important Note: This Quotation Estimate assumes standard operating conditions in Russia Saint Petersburg.
