This Quotation Estimate is issued by Red Crescent Paramedic Services Co. Ltd. to provide comprehensive Paramedic emergency medical response and patient transport services within the city of Saudi Arabia Jeddah and its surrounding metropolitan areas. The services outlined below are designed to meet the regulatory standards set forth by the Saudi Ministry of Health (MOH) and the Saudi Red Crescent Authority for emergency medical operations.
The Paramedic team deployed under this contract shall be fully licensed, certified, and experienced in advanced life support (ALS), basic life support (BLS), pediatric emergency care, and trauma management. All operations will be conducted in strict compliance with the healthcare regulations governing Saudi Arabia Jeddah and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia at large.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any request for services beyond this period will require a revised Quotation Estimate reflecting current market rates and regulatory updates applicable to Saudi Arabia Jeddah.
- All Paramedic personnel assigned under this contract shall hold valid Saudi MOH-recognized certifications in Advanced or Basic Life Support, and shall undergo annual competency assessments as mandated by the Saudi Red Crescent Authority.
- Payment terms: 40% advance upon contract signing, 30% upon mid-term milestone verification, and 30% upon successful completion of the 12-month service period. All payments shall be made in Saudi Riyals (SAR) via bank transfer to the provider's designated account in Jeddah.
- The provider guarantees a maximum response time of eight (8) minutes for emergency Paramedic dispatch within the central districts of Saudi Arabia Jeddah and fifteen (15) minutes for the outer metropolitan zones.
- All ambulances and Paramedic equipment shall be maintained to the specifications outlined in the Saudi MOH Emergency Medical Services Standards (2024 revision). Preventive maintenance schedules will be submitted quarterly to the client.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to severe weather conditions affecting Jeddah's coastal operations, shall be addressed through mutual written agreement and shall not constitute a breach of this Quotation Estimate agreement.
- Confidentiality: All patient data handled by the Paramedic team shall be protected in accordance with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and the client's internal data governance policies.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, in accordance with the rules of the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge and accept the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined in this Quotation Estimate for Paramedic services to be delivered in Saudi Arabia Jeddah. This document, once countersigned, shall serve as the binding service agreement for the duration specified herein.
