This Quotation Estimate is issued by Al-Riyadh Advanced Paramedic Services Co., Ltd. to provide comprehensive Paramedic emergency medical response services within the Saudi Arabia Riyadh metropolitan area. The services described herein are designed to meet the regulatory requirements set forth by the Saudi Ministry of Health and the Civil Defense Authority for corporate and event-based medical coverage. All Paramedic personnel assigned under this Quotation Estimate hold valid Saudi Ministry of Health professional licenses, Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification, and pre-hospital emergency training compliant with Saudi national standards.
The Paramedic team will be stationed at the client's premises in Saudi Arabia Riyadh and will be available for immediate deployment in the event of medical emergencies, including but not limited to cardiac events, respiratory distress, traumatic injuries, heat-related illnesses, and mass casualty incidents. The Paramedic unit will operate in full compliance with the Saudi Emergency Medical Services (EMS) protocols and will maintain a direct communication link with the nearest tertiary care hospital in Saudi Arabia Riyadh, including King Faisal Specialist Hospital and King Khalid University Hospital.

Payment for this Quotation Estimate shall be made in monthly installments of SAR 23,507.92 (inclusive of VAT), due within 15 calendar days of the monthly invoice date. A 10% advance payment is required upon contract execution to secure the Paramedic team allocation. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the company account in Saudi Arabia Riyadh. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month as per Saudi commercial law.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing for Paramedic services in Saudi Arabia Riyadh is subject to revision based on market conditions and regulatory changes.
- All Paramedic personnel assigned under this contract shall be Saudi nationals or hold valid Iqama and professional work permits issued by the Saudi Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development.
- The Paramedic service shall be provided in strict accordance with the Saudi Ministry of Health pre-hospital care guidelines and the Civil Defense emergency response protocols applicable in Saudi Arabia Riyadh.
- Client is responsible for providing a secure, accessible parking space for the Paramedic ambulance and a designated on-site room for equipment storage and personnel rest.
- Any additional Paramedic deployment beyond the scope defined in this Quotation Estimate (e.g., extended shifts, additional events) shall be subject to a supplementary written amendment and additional charges at the rates specified herein.
- The service contract term is 12 (twelve) months from the date of acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, with an option to renew for successive 12-month periods upon mutual written agreement.
- Liability: Al-Riyadh Advanced Paramedic Services Co., Ltd. shall not be held liable for outcomes beyond the standard of care expected of a licensed Paramedic operating within the scope of pre-hospital emergency medicine in Saudi Arabia Riyadh.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate and the resulting service agreement shall be resolved through the competent courts of Saudi Arabia Riyadh in accordance with Saudi law.
By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts this Quotation Estimate for Paramedic services in Saudi Arabia Riyadh and agrees to all terms, conditions, and pricing outlined in this document. This signature constitutes a binding agreement for the provision of the described Paramedic emergency medical services.
