This Quotation Estimate is issued by Meridian Emergency Response Pte. Ltd. to provide a comprehensive and transparent breakdown of costs associated with the deployment of certified Paramedic personnel and associated emergency medical services within the jurisdiction of Singapore Singapore. This document serves as a formal pricing proposal and does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed the subsequent Service Agreement. All rates quoted herein are exclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the prevailing rate of 9% applicable in Singapore Singapore.

The services outlined in this Quotation Estimate are designed to meet the operational requirements of corporate clients, event organisers, and institutional facilities across all regions of Singapore Singapore.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond this period is subject to re-confirmation of pricing by Meridian Emergency Response Pte. Ltd.
- All Paramedic personnel deployed under this engagement shall hold valid Singapore Paramedic Board registration and current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pre-Hospital Trauma Life Support (PHTLS) certifications.
- Payment terms: 50% advance deposit upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; remaining 50% payable within fourteen (14) days of the completion of the service period. Invoicing shall be conducted in Singapore Dollars (SGD) via bank transfer to our designated account in Singapore Singapore.
- Any additional Paramedic call-outs or extended shifts beyond the quantities specified herein shall be billed at the unit rates stated in Section 3, subject to prior written authorisation from the client.
- Meridian Emergency Response Pte. Ltd. shall comply with all applicable regulations of the Ministry of Health (MOH) Singapore Singapore, the Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) guidelines, and the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) of Singapore Singapore.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to public health emergencies, government-mandated restrictions, or severe weather advisories issued by the National Environment Agency (NEA) of Singapore Singapore, may result in service modifications. Both parties shall negotiate in good faith to adjust the scope of this Quotation Estimate accordingly.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a warranty or guarantee of specific medical outcomes. All Paramedic interventions shall be conducted in accordance with the prevailing clinical protocols and the best interests of the patient.
- Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through mediation in Singapore Singapore, and failing that, through the courts of competent jurisdiction in Singapore Singapore.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms and conditions set forth herein for the provision of Paramedic services in Singapore Singapore. A formal Service Agreement will be executed within five (5) business days of acceptance.
