All Paramedic services referenced in this Quotation Estimate shall be delivered by MedResponse Paramedic Services (Pty) Ltd in strict accordance with the South African National Emergency Medical Services Act (Act 19 of 2003) and the HPCSA professional guidelines. Each Paramedic deployed under this agreement will hold a valid HPCSA registration, a current Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) or equivalent certification, and a valid driver's licence appropriate for the vehicle class operated.
Response times for Paramedic dispatch within the Johannesburg metropolitan area shall not exceed fifteen (15) minutes from the point of call for ALS services and twenty (20) minutes for BLS services, measured from the time of request to the arrival of the Paramedic unit at the incident location. All Paramedic vehicles will be GPS-tracked, fully insured, and maintained in accordance with South African roadworthiness standards.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing for Paramedic services may be subject to revision based on fuel costs, operational expenses, and market conditions in South Africa Johannesburg.
- Payment terms: 50% deposit upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; the remaining 50% to be settled within fourteen (14) days of the completion of all Paramedic services rendered.
- All Paramedic services are subject to a minimum call-out fee of R 1,200.00 (inclusive of VAT) for cancellations made less than four (4) hours prior to the scheduled service time.
- MedResponse Paramedic Services (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to substitute Paramedic personnel of equivalent or higher qualification without prior notice, provided the client is informed within a reasonable timeframe.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties. Acceptance may be communicated via email to [email protected] or by signed return of this document.
- All Paramedic services are covered by comprehensive professional indemnity insurance in the amount of R 10,000,000.00, as well as public liability insurance in the amount of R 5,000,000.00, in compliance with South African regulatory requirements.
- Any additional Paramedic services requested beyond the scope of this Quotation Estimate will be billed at the standard MedResponse rate card in effect at the time of the request.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in Johannesburg, South Africa, in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
- All patient data and medical information handled by our Paramedic team is protected in full compliance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) 4 of 2013.
By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts this Quotation Estimate for the Paramedic services described herein, as applicable to operations within South Africa Johannesburg. This acceptance constitutes a binding agreement between MedResponse Paramedic Services (Pty) Ltd and the client for the duration of the contracted Paramedic service period.
