5. Terms and Conditions of This Quotation Estimate- Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing may be subject to revision based on labour market conditions in the Spain Madrid region.
- Payment Terms: Invoices will be issued on a monthly basis. Payment is due within thirty (30) days of invoice receipt via bank transfer to the account specified on the invoice. Late payments will incur interest at the rate established by Spanish commercial law (Ley 3/2004).
- Contract Duration: The service period covered by this estimate is twelve (12) months from the date of contract execution, with an option for renewal for successive twelve-month periods subject to mutual written agreement.
